Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has been used extensively to treat a variety of issues, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD (C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and more.
